The Patient and Client Council has offices based throughout Northern Ireland. The South Eastern office covers areas including Lisburn, Kircubbin, Bangor, Newtownards and Newcastle.
From April 2009 to present, the Patient and Client Council have received 41 complaints from patients, relating to the care and treatment of the elderly in hospital throughout Northern Ireland.
The Patient and Client Council is going to all areas of Northern Ireland to speak to rural people about health and social care.
