Views Sought On Experience Of Bereavement

The Public Health Agency, in partnership with the HSC Bereavement Network, is inviting bereaved people, carers and health and social care staff to share their experience of bereavement, whether the death was expected or sudden and in any care setting or at home.

The aim of this work is to better understand the impact of care and support in times of bereavement, to learn from experience and work towards developing and improving end of life and bereavement care practices.

Completing this survey may bring back sad memories for those who choose to participate.  Bereavement Coordinators in each local Health and Social Care Trust area can be contacted by telephone, for support or help in taking part.

People can share their views through an online survey, or a paper version is available through Bereavement Coordinators.
