Health and Social Care Hubs16th December 2020
You are invited to our next Health and Social Care Hub!
Health and Social Care (HSC) Hubs are a chance for us, the Patient and Client Council to connect with you, the general public on a range of topics relating to the health and social care system in Northern Ireland. Similar to the Coffee Connection events we have hosted in the past, we want our HSC Hubs to become a place where we can provide you with an update on the projects we are currently working on, have a relevant topic for discussion and show you where to find the latest opportunities to get more involved with Health and Social Care.
What are your Priorities in Health and Social Care? Come along and share them with us and discuss how Covid-19 may have had an impact on them!
This year the COVID-19 pandemic has had major effects on Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland. The Patient and Client Council are keen on gathering people’s perceptions of COVID-19’s impact on Health and Social Care. We want to engage with the public to find out:
The public’s satisfaction with the extent, timing and duration of the COVID-19 restrictions imposed on ‘normal’ Health and Social Care services
People’s overall experiences and satisfaction with using health and social care during the COVID-19 pandemic;
The extent to which people feel that they have been adequately informed on how to keep themselves (and the wider population) safe and healthy; and
The knock-on effect of COVID-19 on routine / scheduled healthcare and social care.
The Hub will take place virtually on Zoom. Once you have registered, a User Guide for Zoom and the meeting link will follow in due course.
Registration is essential. If you have any questions or queries, please contact Laura Bonnes, Involvement Coordinator by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 07881636320.
