COVID-19 People’s Priorities – Planning the Questionnaire

This year the COVID-19 pandemic has had major effects on Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland. The Patient and Client Council are keen on gathering people’s perceptions of COVID-19’s impact on Health and Social Care. We want to engage with the public to find out:
  • The public’s satisfaction with the extent, timing and duration of the COVID-19 restrictions imposed on ‘normal’ Health and Social Care services
  • People’s overall experiences and satisfaction with using health and social care during the COVID-19 pandemic;
  • The extent to which people feel that they have been adequately informed on how to keep themselves (and the wider population) safe and healthy; and
  • The knock-on effect of COVID-19 on routine / scheduled healthcare and social care.
Whilst we are in the planning stages of the questionnaire, we would like to invite you to take part in reviewing the proposed survey questionnaire and provide feedback through an online session. These feedback sessions will be held through Zoom. It is anticipated that these sessions will happen during the week starting 7th December.
If you would be interested in reviewing the survey questionnaire and taking part in the feedback session, please complete the form below and a member of our team will be in touch.
